More About Me

REALTOR®

Allan Brown is a native North Carolinian, but has called Rome his home since first moving here in the summer of 1979. A graduate of the former West Rome High School and proud veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, he has lived in Rome exclusively since early 1999. He feels fortunate to be part of such a diverse, vibrant, growing community, and loves all that the city has to offer.

After spending over 23 years as an I.T and engineering professional at the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Cartersville, company restructuring brought about career reflection and ultimately the decision to pursue new opportunities in the real estate arena. He states: “Real estate checks so many boxes relative to who I am, what I value and the things I can offer to others. I enjoy people in general, but I particularly enjoy helping them…..and what better way to do that than by offering top-level assistance and guidance in what is largely considered the most important purchase of their lives. I’ve been fortunate to have had some very personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate professionals help me with my needs in the past, so what better way for me to pay it forward than to offer those same qualities to my customers and clients.”

Allan and his wife Lucie are members of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. They place a priority on exercising, getting outside, and staying moving. They enjoy hiking, community theater, live music in intimate venues, socializing with friends and family over fine food and drink, getaways to both the mountains and the coast, and time together at home with their pets.

Allan is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Georgia and is a member of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
